Monitor your package from our warehouse all the way to your door. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
- MVRNLO is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees
- We are required by law to declare the full value of your order on customs forms
- We cannot mark packages as "gifts" to avoid customs fees
- Please check your country's import regulations before ordering
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to the following:
- P.O. Boxes (for express shipping only)
- APO/FPO military addresses (standard shipping only, extended delivery times apply)
- Countries under international trade restrictions
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update
- Check with neighbors or your building reception in case it was delivered nearby
- Wait an additional 3–5 business days as delays can occur during peak periods
- Contact us at support@mvrnlo.com if your package is more than 7 days late
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@mvrnlo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
MVRNLO is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
