FREE SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please note: During sale events, new launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended to 3–5 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. MVRNLO is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees. We are required by law to declare the full value of all orders on customs forms.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update
- Check with neighbors or your building reception
- Wait an additional 3–5 business days as delays can occur
- Contact us at support@mvrnlo.com if your package is more than 7 days overdue
MVRNLO is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us at support@mvrnlo.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a correction. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for express orders or to countries under international trade restrictions.
